RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

All goods are as described and depicted within the pages of this site.

Delivery of goods is as per the details supplied by the customer and Australian & NZ Defender is not liable for delivery to incorrect postal or email addresses supplied by the customer.

PRINTED PRODUCTS: We will replace goods that are damaged in transit as long as the damaged goods are returned in the condition they arrived in complete with the damaged packaging and proof that you have notified your local Post Office of the condition in which they arrived. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage but not for the cost of the postage of the replacement goods.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS: If a download fails you will be supplied with a new access password and/or link.

REFUNDS only apply to goods that have been ordered and paid for that are no longer available.
