FOR THE FIRST TIME Halfbreed Blades is offering their brand new Medium Infantry Knife, the MIK-01 in two formats to give you a choice of plain or partially serrated blades.
Designed and crafted as a 'top of the line' fixed blade for elite military units, LE and members of the specialist security sectors, their Medium Infrantry Knife is built to undertake the toughest of tasks, and keep on going.
A highly capable fixed blade knife, the MIK-01 incorporates outstanding handling characteristics and a host of enhanced features to deliver peak performance.
Available in two formats, the plain blade MIK-01P and the partially serrated blade MIK-01PS, the Medium Infantry Knife is a one-piece full tang construction made from Austrian 6mm Bohler K110 (D2) tool steel finished with a crusher pommel. And like all of Halfbreed Blades' range its overbuilt for outstanding durability and longevity.
The modified spear point and blade design of the MIK-01 optimizes the blade for piercing and slicing tasks while opposite the business end the crusher pommel is ideally suited for breaking glass and other hammering tasks.
The MIK-01 sports a hard-wearing, low friction Teflon coating to mitigate glare and protect against corrosion and comes in a range of colours - black, dark earth and ranger green.
The razor-sharp polished cutting edge is easy to maintain and the MIK-01's Torx fixed G10 handle scales are aggressively contoured for maximum grip and control with non-gloved hands while still providing maximum comfort. The blade also features an extra-large handguard for optimal user control and injury prevention.
Overbuilt and over engineered, the MIK-01 is a blade waiting to be put to work.
